ICCR was recently featured by Global Ties U.S. in International Exchange and the Enduring Legacy of the U.S. Constitution, highlighting international exchange programs held across the country as part of the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Freedom 250 Initiative.

The article includes a New York spotlight written by ICCR’s Beth Wales, featuring ICCR’s July 2026 program with international professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Jamaica, and Sri Lanka.

During their time in the Capital Region, participants explored how the U.S. Constitution continues to shape American civic life through visits and conversations with courts, universities, historic sites, government institutions, and members of the local community.
