Vince Alpas

"From Albany, NY, Vince Alpas earned a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a minor in Cybersecurity from the University at Albany and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems at UAlbany. As ICCR’s Tech Intern, Vince supported the launch of ICCR's new polished website and is focused on improving the overall member experience.



Vince is a first-generation immigrant from the Philippines and brings a cross-cultural perspective that aligns closely with ICCR’s mission of connecting the Capital Region to the world. On campus, he served as Public Relations Chair for the Japanese Student Association, where he led digital outreach, designed promotional materials, and supported cultural programming and events. In his free time, Vince enjoys drawing, hiking, soccer and traveling"
