Tom is passionate about human rights and public health and has served as a short-term international election observer in Namangan, Uzbekistan. He recently returned to the Capital Region after living in the United Kingdom and Italy for two years and currently works as a lobbyist for Ostroff Associates in Albany.



Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany and a Master’s from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
