Inspiring the Next Generation of Global Leaders

Registration is now open for Global Pathways: Diplomacy Simulation and Career Exploration, a new nine-month pilot program launching September 19, 2026, for 11th- and 12th-grade students in Rensselaer County. Click here to open the online application and complete it.

Through hands-on diplomacy simulations, career exploration, and conversations with global leaders, students will develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to engage in an increasingly interconnected world.

Developed in partnership with Emma Willard School and funded by the Rubin Community Fellows Program, Global Pathways will provide students with a unique opportunity to explore international affairs and pathways to global careers.

Following the pilot year, ICCR hopes to expand Global Pathways to high schools throughout the Capital Region, making global learning opportunities accessible to more students.
