Dr. Li Zhang Barrett

Dr. Li Barrett is a seasoned expert in international education and a dedicated community leader championing educational equity, cultural inclusion, and community empowerment. She is deeply committed to fostering academic excellence and driving social impact. She founded Academic Collaboration for Excellence (ACE) LLC, helping students gain admission to selective private high schools, colleges, universities, and graduate programs. She also co-founded the Emma StarPoint Autism Support Network Inc., which provides meaningful support to families of children with autism in New York’s Capital Region while mentoring local high school students in developing leadership skills. She is the past President of the Chinese Community Center of the Capital Region and a member of the Asian Pacific Islander American Public Affairs Association (APAPA), spearheading the Civic Leadership Forum and the Government Internship Program.
