Bob grew up in Elmira, New York. Robert was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the NYS Tax and Finance Department, overseeing 4,500 employees and a budget of approximately $390 million. Robert also has over 25 years of service in the military, serving in the US Navy and the Army National Guard, where he specialized in developing leadership training programs and logistical support operations.
